SCHEDULE
CONTROL

Construction Works utilizes a Last Planner System to help establish schedule control for our projects. We are able to develop milestone schedules for remainder to our team as well as partners. We also conduct pull planning sessions for each of our milestone which helps determine the team’s needs and commitments in order to deliver each milestone.

COMMUNICATION
PLAN

Construction Works endeavors to be the best communicator at the right level for all of our clients. Our team cater our communication to best suit the needs of each client and all other stakeholders and will place special emphasis on what is most important to their team and projects.

Construction Works typical communication plan includes formal written weekly progress snapshots, financial snapshots as well as emails, phone calls and text messages as will suit the particular team member and immediacy of the message

PROJECT-SPECIFIC QUALITY CONTROL PLANS

All of our projects are required to develop, implement and maintain a site-specific quality control plan. Our team’s QA/QC Manager works to assist the project team in developing these plans. Draft copies of the plans are reviewed at the pre-planning meetings. Our site-specific QC plan are developed in accordance with the project requirements and include the following elements at a minimum:
