Project Overview
CWI was contracted to construct a new USGBC LEED Silver Agronomic Laboratory facility, Greenhouse, and Greenhouse Headhouse. The project included sitework, asphalt paving and striping, the construction of utility systems, an underground sanitary lift station, stormwater harvesting cistern and pump for site irrigation, foundation, and structure. The project also included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and solar planel system.
