Project Overview
CWI was contracted to complete a design/build for a 20,000 sf fitness center, which included HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interior door installation, metal stud framing, insulation, drywall, audio visual, lockers, sauna, steam rooms, bathroom partitions and accessories, rubber/VCT flooring, platform for fitness equipment, millwork, appliances, and other miscellaneous work. The project was completed under the limits of the original schedule and within the limits of the projected budget.
